This workshop is designed to introduce participants to stress management through a multi-modal approach. Some of the topics included are individual and organizational symptoms of stress, thinking errors and thinking skills, stress mapping, stability zones, relaxation techniques and life-style management.  Also highlighted are different styles of behavior and coping strategies.  Practical exercises and individually tailored stress management programs are the basic elements of this workshop.
