While we are all familiar with examples of innovation and the effects that they have on modern society, notably the personal computer, the internet, bioengineering, globalization, and other advanced technologies, most organizations and individuals are still trying to discover the key to such spectacular results.  Innovation results from a combination of creativity and risk-taking, a concept that can be applied to individuals, teams and whole organizations.  In this workshop, we examine the concept from both individual and group perspectives, and provide opportunity for the development of action plans.
